We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
Our annual survey results showed patients have seen improvements in many areas. In addition, where percentages were high in the last survey, we have managed to sustain these levels and standards of service. All patients felt the overall experience, repair & maintenance and cleanliness of the practice was good and 100% of patients felt they were treated with dignity and respect and communicated to clearly. We are incredibly pleased with the results of our patient survey.
