Dr Sidhu is an exceptionally qualified Dental Surgeon (BDS, KCL) with a gentle, caring approach and a special interest in Implant and advanced forms of Dentistry. He is uniquely qualified as a Medical Doctor (MBBS, SGUL) and holds a Physiology degree (BSc, Hons KCL). He has had extensive training in Implant Dentistry having trained, practiced and then taught in Harley Street London. He has passed robust examinations in this field set by the Royal College of Surgeons and has been one of the few Dental Surgeons invited to the designation of a Member in Implant Dentistry by the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSEd).
He trained at the prestigious institutions of Kings College London (2006 and 2013) and St. George's University of London (2007) and spent several years training and practicing in Medicine and Surgery across multiple specialities prior to finding an ongoing passion for Dentistry. With his years of experience and thorough understanding of the whole body, patients can rest assured they are in safe hands.
He is an experienced Clinical Lecturer (PgCert, Distinction) in Medical and Dental Education providing regular postgraduate training for Health Education England including at Kings College London, Queen Mary University of London, Harley Steet London and various teaching hospitals. The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh have also awarded him with the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) in addition to Membership in Implant Dentistry. His commitment to excellence has been recognised early on with regional Best Case Presentation in 2013/14 and he was shortlisted for Best Young Dentist in 2015 for East of England at the Dentistry Awards.
Dr. Sidhu believes in treating patients to the highest level in all areas of dentistry. He has undertaken additional comprehensive training in cosmetic and aesthetic restorative dentistry, advanced treatment planning and occlusion for full mouth rehabilitation cases. He provides cosmetic focused adult straightening of teeth for suitable patients and is a provider of the highest form of Invisalign as a Comprehensive Provider. He is a Digital Smile Design (DSD) member and utilises this with digital and CAD-CAM technology to help plan cases with a minimally invasive approach. Dr Sidhu is involved in Dental Sleep Medicine and served on the committee for the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine. He can safely provide devices to reduce snoring and tooth grinding for suitable patients to enable them and their partners to have an improved night sleep.
Dr. Jas Sidhu prioritises family and health and likes to keep fit with cycling, football and tennis. He is born and raised in Essex having attended Southend High School for Boys before his postgraduation education in London. He seeks to enable patients to have holistic care and the smiles they desire with comfort and confidence with a strong track record to deliver exceptional care.
